Mon’s Restaurant

The Purple Owl is truly one of Tagaytay’s best-kept secrets; it’s an events place and a restaurant in one. Guests are required to book at least two days in advance and select between two set course meals by Mrs. Gee’s Kitchen. As far as hidden restaurants in Tagaytay go, this is a truly private and serene space. Deli de San Honore is a bakery/restaurant owned by husband and wife Jeremy and Kate Joson. They serve international dishes, weekend special plates, and homemade bread.

Fun fact: Deli de San Honore translates to “store of St. Honore,” the patron saint of bakers.

The Teahouse at Qiwellness Living

Qiwellness Living is an Asian fusion tea house, a bathhouse and spa destination. It’s inspired by centuries-old architecture, cuisine, and healing practices of China, combined with modern design, culinary techniques, and advances in wellness.

Pamana

Pamana is a homegrown and classic Filipino restaurant that opened in Tagaytay in 2009 that now has branched out to Boracay and Makati. Aside from its dishes, the place became popular for its homey interiors and photo-filled walls. Most of the dishes are preserved and updated heirloom recipes from the owner Happy Ongpauco-Tiu’s family.
