After adding their Honey Walnut Shrimp to their Philippine menu months ago, Panda Express fans can now enjoy a fresh wok delight featuring a classic creation. This is the first entree on the Philippine menu.

Panda Express Philippines’ Mongolian Pork includes tender, melt-in-your-mouth slices of pork shoulder, crunchy red bell peppers, flavorful mushrooms, and some aromatic ginger and garlic soy sauce all over.
By cooking this Mongolian Pork dish through a specific wok technique, it is able to bring out a smoky, umami flavor that elevates the dish. The ingredients are also layered to bring out its complex flavors — first the aromatics, second the pork, third the fresh vegetables, and finally the ginger and soy sauce.
