We Filipinos love rice so when it comes to paella, we’re more than happy to finish the entire pan of this rich and flavorful dish. Paella is already a meal on its own, as this is rice cooked in broth with seafood, meat, and vegetables.

Neil’s Kitchen

Neil’s Kitchen is a favorite dining destination in the South that offers reinvented Filipino dishes by Chef Neil Ramos, who was first known for his catering business, The Hills at Silang. Try the Sinigang Paella or the Bagoong Paella with Kare-Kare.

Tomatito is a tapas bar from Shanghai serving Spanish-influenced dishes like seafood paellas, pork and chicken croquetas, and patatas bravas. Its aesthetic is inspired by Spanish bars in the 80’s which provides a retro fluorescent atmosphere.
