No fowl play involved.
Fowlbread, the longtime purveyor of the famous fried chicken sandwich in Bonifacio High Street, is going meatless with its new Scam Chicken Sandwich. The latest addition to their menu is essentially a meat-free version of their ever so popular O.G. Fried Chicken Sandwich.

Instead of chicken, the patty is made entirely of tofu and a tofu cracker skin in place of chicken skin. You won’t have to worry about missing the chicken as the tofu patty perfectly mimics the same flavors and texture the O.G. Fried Chicken Sandwich is known for.
While it is meatless, it’s not exactly vegan-friendly as they fry the tofu patties in the same oil they use to fry their chicken and the bun and sauce contain dairy. The Scam Chicken Sandwich goes for ₱260 and is available in three different spice levels: safe, spice, and chemical. To order, you can simply visit Eat Lowbrow’s website.
