Hawker Chan – multiple branches

Hawker Chan became the world’s first Michelin-starred hawker stall in 2016 and is also known for serving the world’s cheapest Michelin-starred meal. They are particularly famous for their Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodles. The franchise from Singapore was brought here by the Foodee Global Concepts group (of Todd English, Pound, llaollao, and FOO’D by Davide Oldani).

Tim Ho Wan gained its first Michelin star in 2009. It is a famous dim sum restaurant that originated in Hong Kong. Tim Ho Wan became well-known for its delicious and affordable dim sum dishes and earned the distinction of being the cheapest Michelin-starred restaurant in the world at that time.
