This homegrown restaurant sources its meat from an exclusive supplier and is the only restaurant in Manila that has a steak cart so customers themselves can customize and select the perfect steak for their meals. Choose between angus beef and wagyu steak. Angus beef is a Scottish breed of cattle; while wagyu is a kind of meat that’s classified into different quality grades based on its fat marbling.
