Launching this February!
For all of you who are reading about La Spezia for the first time, it is one of Metro Manila’s best new homegrown restaurants of 2016. It is a homey and countryside inspired Italian restaurant started by Enderun college mates, Sean Yuquimpo and Aaron Shiu.
When La Spezia opened in November of last year, it promised an elevated yet approachable Italian dining experience–which includes non-fusion timeless classics, as well as a regularly-changing menu with secret specials.

As promised, four new dishes and a very exciting dessert will be added to their menu starting February 1.
We got first dibs, so here’s a sneak peek for all of you.

Watch out for the weekend specials as well. From Friday to Sunday, La Spezia serves Bistecca alla Florentina–a 800g, 30-day wet-aged, 150-day grain fed, T-bone Angus beef, served medium rare with mixed salad. Also ask your server for any weekly special.
But of course, a trip to little Italy will not be complete without wine pairing. So go and try their European and French Bordeaux wines for just under P1,000.
