Flossom Kitchen + Cafe’s next-door neighbor, Oista, has a specially curated yet straightforward menu that highlights one thing: oysters. While they’ve got freshly shucked raw or grilled oysters, they also offer them in different flavors such as The Oista which comes with their signature miso-based and dairy-free custard cream. All items on their oyster menu cost PHP 50 each.
