Pampanga has been one of our favorite out-of-town destinations for it boasts of so many good restaurants with culinary secrets and a delicious feast, waiting to be devoured. After all, Pampanga is the ‘Culinary Capital of the Philippines’.
As Pampanga is slowly reopening their borders to guests, you can best bet the most of these restaurants are accepting dine-in. However, it is best to contact them for reservations to make sure they’ll be able to accommodate you. Also, don’t forget to follow all strict health and safety guidelines!

From the same owner and chef of Cafe Fleur – Chef Sau Del Rosario – 25 Seeds is a farm-to-table concept restaurant with a modern homey feel that serves up reinvented Filipino dishes. Fun fact: The restaurant is actually the Dycaico Ancestral House which is an abandoned mansion that was built in the 1920s.

Cafe Fleur by Chef Sau del Rosario is a restaurant that serves up Kapampangan cuisine with a French twist. Aling Lucing Sisig
Known as the home of the first-ever sisig, Aling Lucing Sisig’s has been a hit since the 70s thanks to Lucia Cuanan’s ingenious idea to make something out of the pig heads which were unused by the U.S. Air Force personnel. Since then, she has been dubbed as the ‘Sisig Queen’ and her restaurant has been a classic go-to place for quality, flavorful sisig, and other Filipino dishes.
