Unlike other brands of Pilates, this method pays attention to <strong>strengthening the neutral spine<\/strong> to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility\u2014correct posture and form, after all, are important components of fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Pilates forces you to be very <strong>aware of your body<\/strong>.
