Gelato is the Italian term for ‘ice cream’<\/strong>, but there’s definitely more to it than meets the eye. The main difference between the two is that gelato has less fat and less air churned in the freezing process<\/strong> – resulting in a richer and creamier texture<\/strong> that you  just don’t get in your average scoop of ice cream. Either way, we love them both equally!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
