Oyasumi Ramen<\/a> – San Juan<\/h2>\n

Oyasumi Ramen serves Yokohama Iekei Ramen.\u00a0“Iekei”, which literally means house, is a Yokohama-hailed ramen variant characterized by\u00a0its thick, greasy, pork-flavored, some say creamy, broth. The noodles are thick and made fresh daily. Here’s an off-menu tip: If you still got leftover soup, ask their server to turn it into cheesy risotto.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

7 Flavors is an artisan bakery, a gourmet cafe and a world\u00a0fusion buffet\u00a0by Chef Boy Logro. The restaurant’s name refers to (1) 7 taste attributes–sweet, salty, sour, bitter, umami, spicy and astringent, which are also incorporated in the dishes and (2) 7 different world cuisines buffet for\u00a0each day of the week.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Balay Dako<\/a> – Tagaytay<\/h2>\n

Balay Dako\u00a0<\/em>offers traditional and flavorful\u00a0Filipino dishes with the signature touch of Chef Tony Boy Escalante. ‘Balay Dako’, which is Negrense for big house, is\u00a0s<\/em>et in a 3-storey house in Tagaytay where each floor will feature a\u00a0specific section of the restaurant\u2013Terrazas, a semi-open bar on the top floor; Comedor, the main dining area on the 2nd floor; and\u00a0Silong, the private event area of the restaurant on the ground. The\u00a0second floor\u00a0dining area is the only one open for now.<\/p>\n\n

Route 88 is a bicycle-themed caf\u00e9 right beside LBS Glorious Ride Bike Shop, also of the same owners. The cafe offers P88-peso all-day breakfast (beef tapa, adobo longganisa, corned beef, tocino, spam & adobo flakes served with egg & steamed\/garlic rice), as well as pasta, sandwiches, entrees, appetizers, coffee and soft drinks.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Applebee’s – The Fort<\/a> \/ Eastwood<\/a><\/h2>\n

Applebee\u2019s is a casual diner, a grill and a bar serving big-plated American favorites\u00a0including ribs, burgers, steaks and more.
