Ippudo is a popular ramen<\/strong> joint specializing in Hakata-style Tonkotsu (pork-based) ramen produced in their kitchen and tailor-fitted for the Filipino palate. It is\u00a0a joint venture with the guys at Yabu.\u00a0It\u2019s for\u00a0<\/b>straight up ramen minus the fancy embellishments of\u00a0modern cuisine. It\u2019s not for\u00a0<\/b>people looking for an extensive Japanese menu, although special items are regularly introduced. We recommend\u00a0<\/b>the Shiromaru Motoji ramen and the pork buns.
