Zubuchon, one of the most famous lechon in Cebu, was started by one Joel Binamira, who is a management consultant and the man behind the Market Manila<\/a> blog.<\/p>\n

Fun Fact:<\/strong> Zubuchon is a combination of \"Zubu\", which is name of Cebu in old Spanish and Portugese maps) + \"Chon\" for lechon.<\/pre>\n
