The noodles are actually made of\u00a0<strong>KANTEN<\/strong>, a jelly like substance\u00a0made from a seaweed called <em>tengusa<\/em>.\u00a0Remember the Raindrop Cake?<\/p>\n<p>The Dessert Kitchen takes the traditional\u00a0Kanten to a different level by\u00a0<strong>slicing\u00a0it into noodle form<\/strong>.
