Annam’s Chef Nam Quoc Nguyen<\/strong> is IN LOVE with the local food markets, which is why all of Annam’s ingredients are sourced locally, except for their noodles. He explains that fresh and quality ingredients are the key to making the simple yet flavorful dishes of Vietnam, that’s why he personally goes to the wet market to check out the day’s fresh catch and produce.<\/p>\n

Annam Noodle Bar serves authentic, value-for-money, fresh and healthy, 100% MSG-free Vietnamese street food. Their menu features a few main specialties namely: Banh Mi, Hanoi Pho, a few appetizers, Vietnamese coffee and desserts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
