The kitchen is helmed by Chef Peter Yeung<\/strong>, who specializes in modern Cantonese cuisine. Watch out as he introduces new and healthy Chinese dishes this year.<\/p>\n

Their dimsum-all-you-can<\/strong> is one of the reasons why this place is such a big hit to so many people. They have over 50 dim sum selections–tick off items like Crystal Prawn Dumplings (hakaw), Pork Siomai, Fried Mantao, Steamed Ribs with XO Sauce, Salmon Taro Puff, Xiao Long Bao, Sliced Beef Noodle Soup and even Ampalaya Buchi for dessert from their menu list.<\/p>\n

You can avail this lunch promo everyday from 11:30am-2:30pm, for P1,188 net per head<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

While their dim sum seems to be the highlight of their menu, you must not ignore their main dishes as well. Xin Tian Di offers a big menu selection that includes live seafood fare (cooked as ordered), barbecued meats, various Chinese specialty cuisines (Beijing, Sichuan, etc.) and even some Singaporean dishes.<\/p>\n
