Because Filipinos love pancit and lumpia so much, Max’s Restaurant has created an arrangement that combines both. Max’s Pancit-Lumpia Cake<\/strong> comes in two variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pancit-Lumpia Cake A<\/strong> is a grand cake that features two kinds of lumpia<\/strong> — lumpiang shanghai<\/em> and fresh lumpiang ubod<\/em>. The lumpiang shanghai pieces serve as a delicious wall<\/strong> for the bowl of pancit canton inside. Max’s pancit canton<\/strong> is made of sauteed vegetables, chicken meat and balls, shrimps and garnished with chopped spring onions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the pancit and lumpia are still not enough, the bottom of the cake is a gorgeous bed of breaded fish fillet<\/strong>. This one is good for seven to eight people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pancit-Lumpia Cake B <\/strong>is much smaller and comes with an optional side of breaded fish fillet or caramel bars. It is good for four to six people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
