Sapin Sapin Leche Flan Torte — Sebastian’s Ice Cream<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Sebastian’s brings sapin sapin to new heights<\/strong> as it launched its torte version last August. The crust is made out of crunchy latik cookie<\/strong>, followed by sumptuous layers of real ube halaya<\/strong> and jackfruit<\/strong>. On one pf the layers is kutsinta ice cream<\/strong>, which uses blended malagkit rice<\/strong> and pandan<\/strong>. The top-most part, the leche flan<\/strong>, is made out coconut cream<\/strong> instead of condensed milk to highlight the cake’s kakanin<\/em> roots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
