We LOVE<\/strong> Filipino food and we sure love it when it’s done and prepared in unique ways. First, there’s Pancit Sisig<\/a> from Manam, then there’s Laing Longganisa<\/strong> and Bicol Express Longganisa<\/strong> from Que Rica<\/a><\/strong>! Imagine slicing into this longganisa with balitaka<\/strong>, a local gabi variety which is sourced through a Bicol-based<\/strong> farmer\u2019s cooperative – a rich and flavorful dish!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aside from their-best selling Laing Longganisa, they also offer frozen, ready-to-eat<\/strong> and ready-to-cook<\/strong> dishes like Vegetarian Laing<\/strong>, taro leaves in coconut milk that’s keto-friendly<\/strong> with no meat and shrimp, and Sinantolan<\/strong>, minced cotton fruit with coconut milk – two famous Bicolano dishes! These dishes were conceptualized and created by Rica Dakudao Buenaflor<\/strong>, a graduate of  Le Cordon Bleu Paris who loves Bicolano food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another unique dish on their menu is their Pineapple Cured Chicken Tocino<\/strong>, best paired with rice and eggs! This is a sure win among kids and for those who like the combination of sweet and savory dishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re craving for something sweet, they also have Pili Chocolate Chip Cookies<\/strong>, made with Bicol’s pili nuts<\/strong> (which are also for sale), organic eggs, dark caramel coco sap sugar<\/strong>, French butter and fleur de sel. These are freshly prepared and delivered frozen. Simply pop these in a preheated oven and you’re good to go! A pack is priced at P650 for 600 grams\/12 pieces<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
