Then add in salt and small blocks of butter.<\/li><li>If your dough is sticky and soft, put it out of your mixer.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Knead your dough for about 10 minutes until it\u2019s elastic.<\/li><li>Leave the dough in a bowl, coated with oil, until it doubles in size.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Transfer dough on a flat surface and punch out the air bubbles.&nbsp;<\/li><li>On a kitchen weighing scale, weigh 80g of dough for each piece.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Using your hands, flatten the dough and add cooked pancit canton as your filling and form a ball. Continue this step until dough is consumed.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In a baking tray, coated with oil, arrange your pancit canton filled dough.
