These little cubes are rich, smooth and soft enough to <strong>melt in your mouth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have good news for you. Whenever your craving for Nama Chocolate, you can easily make a batch at the comfort of your home! Here&#8217;s <strong>a simple recipe hack<\/strong> that you can <strong>try for yourself<\/strong> or you can even make a batch and have it as a gift to your loved ones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"770\" height=\"552\" src=\"https:\/\/sih.booky.ph\/eyJrZXkiOiJibG9nXC93cC1jb250ZW50XC91cGxvYWRzXC8yMDIwXC8wNlwvMjIwMjA5MThcL25hbWExLmpwZyIsImJ1Y2tldCI6ImJvb2t5cmVwb3J0In0=\" alt=\"chocolate nama truffles\" class=\"wp-image-158501\" decoding=\"async\"><figcaption>Photo from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/einglutenfreierblog\/\">@einglutenfreierblog<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>400g good quality dark chocolate (70% cacao)<\/li><li>200ml (3\/4 cup + 1 tbsp) heavy whipping cream<\/li><li>1 tbsp liqueur of your choice (optional)<\/li><li>unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Chop chocolate into smaller pieces for it to melt faster and more evenly.<\/li><li>Place parchment paper onto a baking dish (preferably 20cmx20cm baking dish size).<\/li><li>In a saucepan, add heavy cream and let it semi boil in a medium heat. Whisk it evenly.<\/li><li>When you see small bubbles around the saucepan, remove from the heat.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Add sliced chocolate into the heavy cream and stir to combine.<\/li><li>Mix the chocolate and cream until there are no lumps. The chocolate should be completely smooth.<\/li><li>If you like, add liqueur of your choice.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and smooth the surface with a spatula.<\/li><li>Tap the baking dish onto the counter a few times to evenly distribute the chocolate mixture.<\/li><li>Place it in your refrigerator and let it chill for about 4 to 5 hours.<\/li><li>After chilling for 4 to 5 hours, remove the chocolate from the baking dish.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cut the excess chocolate around the edges to have nice sharp corners.<\/li><li>Warm up a sharp knife with a hot towel and cut the chocolate into 1\u201d strips. Make sure to constantly clean and warm your knife before each cut to achieve a nice sharp cut. Then cut the strips into cubes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sprinkle cocoa powder on top. If you want all sides to have cocoa powder, you may dip in cocoa powder to coat all sides.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Serve in a plate and enjoy!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For the matcha lovers, this one&#8217;s for you! Whisk it evenly.<\/li><li>When you see small bubbles around the saucepan, remove from the heat.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Immediately, add white chocolate and butter. Mix them all together.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Once it\u2019s smooth, sift matcha powder into the mixture.
