Once cooked, set aside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same pan, add more oil and saute the ginger. Allow it to simmer for a few seconds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the chicken and wait for it to cook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the chicken is cooked, add around 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grab the potatoes that you set aside and put it in the pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the rosemary and cook for around 2 minutes or until the aroma of rosemary is strong enough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To assemble, place the chicken and potatoes on top of rice and if you want, you may add an egg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy hot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Banana-Rhuma (a.k.a Banana Turon ala Mang Tootz)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"770\" height=\"552\" src=\"https:\/\/sih.booky.ph\/eyJrZXkiOiJibG9nXC93cC1jb250ZW50XC91cGxvYWRzXC8yMDIwXC8wNVwvMjExNDU4MDJcL0Jhbm5hLXJodW1hLWZyb20tTWFuZy1Ub290ei5qcGciLCJidWNrZXQiOiJib29reXJlcG9ydCJ9\" alt=\"Banana Rhuma from Mang Tootz\" class=\"wp-image-157137\" decoding=\"async\"><figcaption>Photo from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/mangtootz\/photos\/a.581369808704135\/1534454846728955\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>| MANG TOOTZ Foodhouse<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedure: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the turon: <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>10 pcs. of saba banana (sliced into 4 pcs.)<\/li><li>lumpia wrapper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the rhuma sauce:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1\/3 cup margarine<\/li><li>1\/4 cup jackfruit (cut into strips)<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp. cinnamon powder<\/li><li>2 tsp. banana flavor<\/li><li>1 tsp. rum<\/li><li>1\/2 cup pineapple juice<\/li><li>1\/2 cup brown sugar<\/li><li>1\/2 tbsp. sesame seeds (add more for topping)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the cinnamon milk powder (optional):<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 tbsp. powdered sugar<\/li><li>2 tbsp. powdered milk<\/li><li>1\/4 tsp. cinnamon powder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the procedure, head on to <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pinoycookingrecipes.com\/recipe\/banana-rhuma-turon-in-pineapple-rum-sauce\" target=\"_blank\">pinoycookingrecipes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the turon:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrap the sliced banana in the lumpia wrapper and seal the end with water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the wrapped bananas. Once cooked, set aside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the rhuma sauce:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt margarine in a wok\/pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the langka and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Then add the cinnamon powder, banana flavor, and rum. Cook for 2 minutes again. Finally, add the pineapple juice and brown sugar and cook until the sugar caramelized.
