You’ve just stumbled upon RM-16<\/strong>, one of Kapitolyo’s most popular (and worst-kept) secret bars<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you’re in, you’ll notice that RM-16 is unlike most of the standard bars that populate the Metro Manila nightlife. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
