\u2713 A commitment to customer service<\/strong>. MICKEY\u2019S TIP:<\/strong> \u201c[Selling sandwiches] isn\u2019t a totally unique concept but \u2026 we pioneered the idea in [Ateneo]. The next year after we opened, there were at least 5 new sandwich stalls. What\u2019s unique however is the entire Galley experience, as we take customer service very seriously.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n \u2713 Have confidence in your idea.<\/strong> The Galley pitched their business idea to angel investors and faced the challenge of growth head on. MICKEY\u2019S TIP:<\/strong> \u201cRaising capital should be the least of one\u2019s worries … \u2014 if you have a winning idea, do what it takes to prove it. Back it up with numbers and be transparent with all data.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n \u2713 Lifesaver\/Chicken Lifesaver<\/strong> \u2013 a Panini sandwich made with tomato, pesto and mozzarella. Add chicken for some additional protein. \n\u2713 Using brand ambassadors<\/strong> from different schools has also proven very effective.<\/p>\nHOW TO GROW?<\/u><\/h2>\n
\n\u2713 Stick to your target market.<\/strong> The Galley appeals to people who are on the go and looking for healthy food. As a result, their various branches are all located at schools, with the exception of one at St. Luke\u2019s Medical Center, a hospital.<\/p>\nFAVORITES:<\/u><\/h2>\n
