The same goes for Manna’s interiors: a minimalistic, industrial facade<\/strong>, with a few personalized touches like the writings on the wall, the wooden panels, and the soft lighting. No room for pretentiousness or frills. They let the food speak for itself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The two owners bring to the table each of their own specialty. One is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu<\/strong>, having worked as a chef in the major kitchens of Hong Kong. The other has been involved in the fitness industry<\/strong> here for over 20 years. Together, they built a menu that avoided the need to be pricey or complicated<\/strong>, which they observed often alienates customers. Their staff is made up of young and energetic personnel passionate about educating the market on healthy eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The process of making their menu all started from the source: the freshest, most accessible ingredients. It only made sense to use local produce, both to ensure the freshest quality and to support Filipino farmers<\/strong>.
