If you are looking for an authentic pho fix, make your way to Vina Trang in San Antonio Village. It’s a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant but could very soon be your go-to for Vietnamese food.
Owner Trang grew up in Vietnam and as a girl she worked at her family’s restaurant, learning the recipes and studying the cooking techniques. From there, she fell in love with Vietnamese food and the joy it brought people.
Fun Fact: Trang is the owner's name, while Vina is her English name.
The restaurant has got quite the menu full of several kinds of banh mi, pho, and Vietnamese coffees.

After moving to the Philippines in 2012, Trang felt that something was missing and that’s when she started Vina Trang. “It’s like it’s my destiny,” she said. The restaurant is small and Trang plans to keep it that way saying, “I don’t want to commercialize like bigger restaurants because I want to focus on quality.”
