Safety first, eating second!

Vikings Buffet (SM MOA, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA) has opened its doors for dine-in customers and they definitely made sure that safety is their first priority for their staff and customers. Before heading to this crowd favorite EAT ALL YOU CAN spot, here are a few safety protocols to take note of.

Upon entering, temperature of each staff will be checked and all are required to be in clean and complete PPEs and uniforms. All staff, even in the kitchen, are trained to regularly wash their hands, practice food safety procedures and clean their designated areas. Before each customer enters the restaurant, they make sure that all tables and chairs are already well sanitized.

Before customers starts their meal with Vikings, they’re required to fill up a health declaration form via mobile phones – once approved, they may enter the restaurant. Temperature check and hand sanitation are required as well. They’ll be guided with signs and walkway arrows to remind customers to observe social distancing.

Vikings made sure to install glass shields for each stations to ensure cleanliness and freshness of their food and at the same time, safety for everyone. Order All You Can? Yes, you can! Disposable order forms are available, customers simply have to fill it up and their friendly staff will help prepare them. All tablewares are sanitized, wrapped in plastic and face mask paper bags are provided as well.

How about their restroom? It’s being cleaned every 30 minutes! Also, automated faucets, flush systems and footbars are installed to avoid contact with door handles. During this general community quarantine, you can still enjoy Vikings at home! Not only that, their birthday celebrants can still get their free cake, you just need to show a valid ID!


Currently, three of their kitchens in Metro Manila are open namely, Megamall, SM North EDSA, and SM Marikina. They’re accepting orders from 10 AM to 6 PM daily. Here are the steps:

Afterwards, choose your mode of payment; available are Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, GCash, PayMaya, WeChat, or Alipay. Lastly, you may choose to have the items picked up or have it delivered, delivery cost is shouldered by the customer. The minimum fee is about P3,000.
