- The Promo is open to all UnionBank Credit Cardholders (Visa and Mastercard), principal or supplementary, on active status and with good credit standing.
- The Promo entitles the Cardholder to the following benefits:
- Use of Promotional Codes
- A Merchant may offer promotional codes that may provide you with discounts, bonus offers, or other incentives for you to use our Services (Merchant Promotional Codes). We agree to allow you to use valid Merchant Promotional Codes subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Merchant and the following conditions:
- Merchant Promotional Codes cannot be redeemed for cash, can only be used on one transaction, and must be used before the expiry date.
- Booky and the Merchant reserve the right to cancel, withhold use, suspend, or modify the terms of Merchant Promotional Codes and any discount or benefit associated with it at any time
- A Merchant may offer promotional codes that may provide you with discounts, bonus offers, or other incentives for you to use our Services (Merchant Promotional Codes). We agree to allow you to use valid Merchant Promotional Codes subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Merchant and the following conditions:
- Discounts for Senior Citizens (SC) and People with Disability (PWD) – the application of the relevant discount, including value-added tax exemptions, will be the responsibility and the discretion of the Merchants. It should be properly applied and clearly reflected on the generated final bill before the customer settles it either via Booky’s QR or other available methods. The applied discounts and tax exemptions should also be reflected on the generated official receipt (OR) to be issued by the Merchant upon settlement of the bill.
- Data Privacy – Your privacy is a priority. By engaging with our services, you explicitly agree to the lawful collection, processing, and storage of your data. We commit to using your information solely for service improvement and delivery, refraining from sharing, selling, or disclosing it to third parties without your explicit consent, except when mandated by law.
