Our go-to matcha dessert provider, Tsujiri, is introducing a new treat that will surely make you bounce with joy — their tea-flavored flans!

Tsujiri’s flans are a cross between the Filipino leche flan and the Japanese pudding. It is very jiggly and bouncy and comes in two flavors, Matcha Flan and Houjicha Flan.
Tsujiri’s Matcha Flan uses fine powdered tea for a smooth and delicate taste, while the Houjicha Flan uses oven-roasted tea for a more earthy flavor.
Both of these rich and creamy flans come with a serving of sweet matcha soft serve and pieces of chewy Shiratama balls on the side.
