Hey Handsome is a hip Peranakan restaurant famously headed by Chef Nicco Santos of Legaspi Village cult favorite, Your Local. In case you didn’t get the memo, Peranakan cuisine is a combination of Chinese ingredients and Malay/Indonesian spices.
