When asked why those two cuisines, it was because they felt like could bring the quality and authenticity of Italian while embracing Spanish cuisine due to the similarities of ingredients between the two.

Fun fact: Preservatives? We don't know her. Toni & Sergio only uses fresh ingredients flown from Europe and toss them into a traditional brick oven.

The look of the restaurant is inspired by the restaurants and pubs commonly seen along the streets of Italy. Once you enter their doors, frames and murals of the brothers at different stages of their life greet you, accompanied with other vintage accents given by the whole Iapino family, giving the feel of someone’s home.

Fun fact: The first given name of the restaurant was "Sal y pepe" translated as salt and pepper, but the owners didn't want to give the double entendre.
