Adapting the Italian cuisine from its mother company The Merry Cooks, The Happy Chef added more Asian and Filipino influences more geared for our palate. While the term “authentic” may be thrown here and there, The Happy Chef not only serves fresh ingredients to earn the stamp of authenticity, but their happy chefs also make everything from scratch, making sure that everyone is happy!
