Templo is a small restaurant with an impressively long menu. On it you’ll find familiar flavors like Salt and Pepper Squid, Hot and Sour soup, and Orange Chicken, but there are also some more unique gems like Halibut with Taoso, Golden Squid Ink Hakaw, and Pork Intestine in Chili Oil to name a few.

While the owners aren’t from Sichuan themselves, they were inspired by their numerous trips to the province to bring more of the spicy cuisine to Manila. In no way are they claiming to be an authentic Sichuan restaurant.
