Taza Fresh Table is an Italian-Mediterranean farm-to-table restaurant, whose name came from the Arabic word ‘taaza’ meaning ‘fresh’. It is Taal Vista Hotel’s newest restaurant, offering garden-inspired dishes with a scenic view of the Taal Volcano and Taal Lake. It’s for people who have a good eye for sustainable, high-quality ingredients. It’s not for people who are looking for grab-and-go junk food for the road. We recommend the French Toast, Chicken Waffles, Homemade Bacon, and Alugbati Salad. Our insider tip is to avail of their breakfast buffet which is just 300 pesos extra if you have an overnight accommodation at Taal Vista Hotel.
