Sugar Factory is an American brasserie that serves gourmet desserts, hot meals, and over the top premium sweets. The opened its doors in Las Vegas last 2009 and has different branches spread across the US including: New York, Chicago, Florida, Washington DC, and an international branch in Bahrain.

SF is known to be a hot destination for some celebrity sightings. Artists like Britney Spears and the Kardashians are among the famous endorsers for the brand.

Dessert lovers rejoice as Sugary Factory is set to open its first branch in Asia on September 19, and lucky us, it’s going to be in Manila. We were able to get a sneak peek at some of Sugar Factory’s bestselling appetizers, main dishes, signature desserts, cocktails, and over the top milkshakes.

The World Famous Sugar Factory King Kong Sundae has 24 scoops of ice cream topped with different toppings like hot fudge, toasted marshmallows, Reese’s Chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffle cones, and many more. One King Kong Sundae is good for 12 hungry people to share.

Sugar Factory’s Signature Fondue comes with a chocolate dip of your choice, brownie bites, homemade marhsmallows, gummi bears, white chocolate bread, bananas, fresh strawberries, and lemon pound cake. Fun Fact: One of Sugar Factory’s “Super Fun Premium” fondues is the Chocolate Gold set–premium chocolates topped with gold flakes, chocolate gold-studded strawberries, and two bottles of expensive liquor. Ordering the full set requires you to call 24 hours in advance and costs $1,000!
