Squid ink is the new black.
Pasta lovers, rejoice! We’ve already done several pasta articles featuring restaurants that serve good carbonara, lasagna, and even aligue pasta! It’s interesting how squid ink pasta works, where the pasta itself turns to jet black when the ink is mixed into the fresh pasta dough, and then cooked with wine, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic, and seafood; it’s a tasty dish and the daring color makes it look even more unique and appetizing.
Update: Check out the our new Buy 1 Get 1 deals this week!
Thanks to these restaurants, we get to enjoy this one-of-a-kind pasta every now and then to curb our cravings.
