But that’s probably a good thing!
Some Thai has been one of the most viral and sought-after restaurants in the past year, and for good reason. Their unique take on classic Thai dishes keeps customers coming back. But if you thought you’ve had everything you could at Some Thai then you’d be mistaken. Some Thai has just released additional menu items, serving very familiar dishes in innovative ways.
Some Thai has new menu items
We first tried the Dry Tom Yum Noodles (P590), the perfect alternative for those craving Thai food but are still looking for noodle dishes outside of the usual Pad Thai. Made out of glass noodles, the Dry Tom Yum Noodles taste just like the soups its made from and is topped with mushrooms, veggies, and loads of fresh seafood!
Their Chicken Winglets were exceptional
The standout from the new dishes was probably the Chicken Winglets with Nam Jim Gai (P280). It’s probably one of the simpler dishes from the new menu, especially when compared to the Dry Tom Yum Noodles. But looks can be deceiving, and the sauce does some serious heavy lifting. We could not get enough of the Nam Jim Gai sauce, to the point where we were dipping other dishes in the Nam Jim Gai sauce.
Of course, don’t forget to leave some room for dessert because Some Thai’s new Coconut Ice Cream with Corn Cream (P290) hits the spot. It’s a perfect mix of textures from the creamy ice cream, crunchy roasted peanuts, foi thong, and corn cream that marks a sweet end to your meal.
