Smokin’ Pig Legendary Rib Joint – Now closed
Founded in 2013, Smokin’ Pig Legendary Rib Joint was born out of two people’s love for comfort food and their incontrollable urge to share it to the world.
Chef Jo-an Raagas and Annie Beldia spent hours in the kitchen creating and building their menu which specializes in Southern American specialties such as smoked meats, beef brisket, dry and wet ribs and more.
They don’t take shortcuts when it comes to perfecting their ribs and they make sure they abide by their process, to ensure the distinct flavor and quality of their food. A part of it is soaking the meat in apple juice and seasoning it with their signature dry rub for the juiciness to linger, before they slow-cook it in the charcoal brick oven and finishing it on the grill. That’s the secret to crafting their good ‘ol ribs!
Here are some of their bestsellers to guide you when ordering at Smokin’ Pig Legendary Rib Joint.

Signature Baby Back Ribs
Their Signature Baby Back Ribs come in dry or wet rub wherein dry uses mostly dry ingredient to create that crust and flavor without the moisture; wet comes with liquid base ingredients that makes every bite even more juicy.
INSIDER TIP: if you can't decide between those two, you can order your ribs half-dry and half-wet for a more flavorful experience!
Here’s a fun fact: If you find a “Pink Ring” in their meat, don’t panic. The Pink Ring, also known as “The Smoke Ring” is proof that what you’re eating was slow cooked in a smoker. At Smokin’ Pig, all meats are cooked on a fire brick smoker for 3 to 14 hours over hickory and apple wood. The distinct flavour of wood smoked meat is what sets Smokin’ Pig apart from other ribs joint.
