Sibyullee Flavors of Seoul – Ayala Malls The 30th
Sibyullee, being the third concept of the Happyfoods Group and award-winning Korean restaurateurs Mr. Sung Rah and wife, Mrs. Yoo Chang, offers a more adventurous menu and an elevated Korean dining experience you’ll never forget.
Fun fact: Sibyullee is a village market in Sariwon.
The inspiration for Sibyullee’s interior is a traditional “Hanok” or house with a modern touch. The place is very clean to the eyes, relaxing and inviting – perfect for family gatherings!
Fun fact: Their copper hoods are customised from Korea.
Their modern Seoul barbecue and street food dishes are inspired from the quirky streets of Itaewon and Myeongdong. Let’s have a closer look at them!

This set consists of 1 Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice, 1 Galbi Cheese Barbecue, Fresh USDA Choice Beef Belly, Pork Belly, 1 Pajeon, 1 Tornado Potato, white rice, soup and unlimited side dishes. A group set good for 3 to 4 people!

Volcano Kimchi Fried Rice
Signature flavorful kimchi fried rice on a ring of cheese lava. This is a must try!

Galbi Cheese Barbecue
Tender marinated beef with fresh vegetables, rice cakes and thin slices of potato, surrounded by layers of melted cheese, buttered corn and egg omelette.
