Whiskey Sour + Crispy Pata

Whiskey sour – which has bourbon as one of it’s ingredients – is known best as the alcohol to pair with the traditional barbeque and ribs. The logic behind this pairing is that the fat from the meat will cool down the “alcohol burn” of the whiskey.
