Make your mama and papa busog!

Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because, there’s always a reason to take your parents out for a treat. They were, after all, responsible for making sure you had three square meals a day growing up. Now is the best time to show your appreciation for their efforts, and there’s no better way to do it than by treating them to a hearty lunch or dinner.

We’ve handpicked restaurants where you can bring Mom and Dad for that well-deserved treat, and we made sure there’s something to satisfy every unique craving, wherever you are across the metro.

Friends & Family

The name of this restaurant alone is but one reason for it to be included in this list—no surprise there—and all the other reasons are on the menu. Friends & Family is a nod to traditional Filipino comfort food that has satisfied countless generations: Sisig, Arroz Caldo, Pancit Palabok, Tokwa’t Baboy, and more. Food is available in servings big enough for a few friends, a family of four, or a group of 10 to 15 people.
