The cake is made up of four layers: a wintermelon-flavored cake base, modified rock salt and cheese filling, milk tea float, and tapioca pearls in kuromitsu.
“It’s definitely a different experience when you eat cake and it tastes exactly like milk tea WITH pearls. I love how the milk tea flavor surprises you with each bite. It’s not too sweet, and it’s very flavorful. The sweet pearls add such a different texture that I wouldn’t have imagined to be something I’d experience with cake.”
