Red Baron is an American steakhouse and a carwash eatery concept specializing in ribs and steaks sold at fairly affordable prices. It now comes with a full menu offering salads, pastas, dessert, and more. It’s for casual barkada and family hangouts over mounds of comfort food. It’s not for fancy occasions requiring a fine dining ambience. It’s for those who want to stick to their diets without sacrificing taste. It’s not for solo diners looking for a quick, cheap lunch. We recommend the Bulgogi Wrap, Fresh Spring Rolls and the Squid Ink Pasta. Our insider tip: Take a peek inside their shop which sells organic handcrafted goods such as jams, soap, and more.
Gyu-Kaku – Shangri-la Mall
Gyu-kaku offers the best way to enjoy Japanese BBQ–freshly grilled. Each table is equipped with a personal grill for a DIY cooking experience. It’s for Japanese cuisine fans who want an interactive dining experience. It’s not for those too hungry or lazy to cook their own dishes. We recommend the Beef Brisket. Crispy Pork Belly, and Gyoza. It’s for people who love classic and over-the-top pancakes. It’s not for people who prefer Filipino-style breakfasts. We recommend the Pick-A-Pancake Combo, Pot Roast Melt and Split Decision Breakfast. Our insider tip: If you’re a big coffee drinker, order the ‘never empty coffee pot’.

California Pizza Kitchen, better known as ‘CPK, is a go-to American pizza chain that always bring innovative recipes to life with fresh, quality ingredients. It’s for casual hangouts with friends or family over delicious comfort food. It’s not for authentic Italian pizza fanatics. Applebee’s is a casual diner and bar franchised from the US serving big-plated American favorites including ribs, burgers, steaks, beers and more. The Farm Organics Resto is a semi self-service farm-to-table concept restaurant that serves certified organic grass-fed beef sourced from their own breeding cattle farm in Masbate, a socially conscious agricultural business operating since 1976. It’s for health minded meat lovers. It’s not for people who don’t like beef. We recommend their bestselling Organic Rib Eye Steak (request for it to be cooked on wood fire for a more flavorful taste), Organic Bone Marrow and Avocado Burger.
