Alab by Chef Tatung – Sct. Rallos
Through its authentic home cooked Filipino dishes, Chef Tatung has grown from a private dining restaurant in Myke “Tatung” Sarthou’s Quezon City home to a bigger and resort-like space inside Acacia Estates in Taguig, and now to its newest home in Tomas Morato under a new name Alab. Alab’, which is Tagalog for flame, serves the same ‘burning with passion’ Filipino dishes that Chef Tatung’s followers have loved for years but more youthful and forward thinking. (P.S. The New York Cubao Cheesecake and Pichi Pichi desserts are must try’s)
