Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters is a premiere roasting company from Australia serving specialty coffee using beans from owner Toby Smith’s estate, a multi-award winning coffee plantation named Finca Santa Teresa (FST) in Panama. Aside from coffee, they also serve delightful breakfast, all-day meals and pastries.
If you’ve ever wondered who Toby is, this man is him. Toby Smith, the founder of Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters, is a passionate roaster, barista and coffee artisan.

Sauté by Chef Victor Neri – Tomas Morato
Sauté offers a fusion of Asian flavors from actor-turned-celebrity chef Victor Neri. Chef Victor, while on hiatus from showbiz, took culinary classes at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris. After graduating, he worked up the ranks, learned the ropes of operating a restaurant and developed his specialty from traveling around Asia. His specialties, he says, are Cantonese, Szechuan and Thai cuisines.

Buffalo Wild Wings – Estancia Mall
Buffalo Wild Wings (or B-Dubs), from Columbus, Ohio, is a sports bar and restaurant most popularly known for three things: wings, sports and beer. They are set to open on January 29.

Bait’s Seafood Restaurant – Valero St.
Bait’s is a market-driven seafood restaurant that will soon be serving the freshest seafood in town from Chef Joseph Margate, who is 100% Filipino, by the way. His family flew to the US when he was 8 and, fast forward, actually had quite a studded culinary career there before he decided to move back to the Philippines. Bait’s is the newest addition to the Mothership F&B Group, same group that brought us Crisp on 28th, Pink Panda, and Hatch 22. They are set to open by the end of January.
ArroZeria – Century City Mall
ArroZeria is a tapas bar and restaurant that will soon serve authentic Spanish paellas. It is run by Spanish Chef Roberto Hernandez of VASK Modern Tapas & Gastronomic Cuisine in BGC. ArroZeria is, as they deem themselves, ‘where rice is the hero’. Their target soft opening is on the 1st week of February.
