Kartilya opened in BGC last July 2016 and was an instant hit when they introduced revolutionary Filipino dishes by MasterChef Asia placer, Lica Ibarra.

Buta Tofu
Kartilya’s Japanese-inspired tokwa’t baboy consists of pork mask, fried tofu, kang kong, nori katsuobushi flakes, togarashi and soy-ginger sauce.
