A taste of Spain here in Manila.
ArroZeria – Now closed
Arrozeria, Home of the Paella, holds paella at the heart of its story, celebrating rice from different regions and the many ways to cook them. The restaurant menu is guided by Chef Chele Gonzales of Vask Tapas Room.
Recently, ArroZeria launched their newest offerings at their newly opened BGC branch. They are now serving lighter options for the health conscious and an all-day dining menu. Then in the evening, the place transforms into a relaxing spot for people who are looking to spend hours chatting the night away minus the loud music.
ArroZeria also introduces their new pica-pica boards and other appetizers that are perfect for sharing and pairing with their house sangria.
Arrozeria is all about the humble paella. In creating this iconic dish, Chef Chele overcame the challenge of sourcing out a locally available alternative to “Arroz Bomba” or the Spanish rice traditionally used in paellas.
This homegrown Spanish restaurant aims to create a higher standard of service and to provide good quality food using local ingredients. Check out some of ArroZeria’s featured and most interesting dishes from its new menu.
