The group that brought you Don Andres and their famous Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken has opened a Peruvian Gastropub in Banawe named, Ceviche. Ceviche has many of the dishes you can find at Don Andres and more such as Ceviche’s Sisig, Chorizo al Plato, and Pulpo al Olivo (octopus in olive oil).
