In 2023, MUJI expanded its offerings to more dining options starting with its Muji Cafe which serves coffee and pastries. Its SM North Edsa branch was also the first to serve different types of curry.

With the reopening of its MOA branch, Muji now serves Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream! Read on to learn all about Muji’s new ice cream from its flavors, price, where to buy, and more!
MUJI’s new soft-serve ice cream is made from raw Holstein milk from Hokkaido, a prefecture in Japan that is most known for the quality of its dairy products.
You can also enjoy your ice cream in four different ways. Try the espresso which combines flavorful ice cream with a shot of Benguet espresso. Sweet tooths can also enjoy this Hokkaido soft serve drizzled with chocolate sauce!
Those who wish for a stronger flavor that isn’t too sweet might find the matcha flavor more appealing. Both the matcha and espresso flavors cost P195 while the chocolate flavor costs P185. The plain Hokkaido soft-serve is the cheapest at only P175!
Unfortunately for Northies, this new menu item is exclusive to SM Mall of Asia. However, with the recent inclusion of the once-exclusive curry to their EDSA Shangri-la branch, there may be some hope in having soft-serve ice cream in other MUJI branches.
